Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-ready products using emerging technologies like quantum AI and synthetic biology
- Produce annual Horizon Reports mapping technological convergence points and disruption vectors
- Design and execute innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners to future-proof their business models
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies through our Future Ethics Council
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Mentor a team of Future Architects in scenario planning and trend synthesis
- Develop patentable systems for predicting technological adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent formal training
- Published thought leadership in Future Studies or Tech Ethics
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, think tanks)
- Ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
