- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with future-focused projects
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching commercialized emerging tech solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature/tech journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
