Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Pods' to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational evolution metrics
- Curate an internal 'Future Lab' with experimental technologies and methodologies
- Author thought leadership on 2026 workforce, market, and technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuro interfaces, AGI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with futures research frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting innovations launched
