As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll drive strategic foresight initiatives, emerging technology adoption, and cross-industry partnerships. Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into organizational strategy
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to stakeholders and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech convergence, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
