Responsibilities
- Analyze global data streams (technological, geopolitical, economic) to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026 landscapes
- Develop scenario-based models using proprietary AI frameworks to forecast market evolutions
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating AI ethics, climate adaptation, and workforce transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executives to translate foresight into tactical initiatives
- Author whitepapers and predictive briefs published in industry journals like MIT Technology Review
- Maintain proprietary trend database with 200+ emerging indicators
- Mentor junior analysts in futures methodology and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Data Science, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools (Python, TensorFlow) and data visualization platforms
- Published work in future-focused publications or academic journals
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
