Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (Web4.0, neurointerfaces, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in decentralized systems and biotech convergence
- Architect governance frameworks for autonomous systems and algorithmic accountability
- Partner with VPs of Engineering to embed future-readiness into current development pipelines
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption scenarios
- Drive innovation sprints focused on human-AI symbiosis and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience scaling tech innovations from concept to market maturity
- Deep understanding of Web4.0, metaverse economics, and decentralized governance models
- Track record of influencing enterprise strategy through data-driven tech forecasting
