Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 adoption cycles

- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Design governance frameworks for AI/ML systems with embedded ethical guardrails
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Author industry whitepapers on emerging tech societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of shipping products using next-gen technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integration
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent
