Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning

- Experience scaling prototyping labs from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics

- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech implementations with measurable impact
