You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley disruptors, and government think tanks to develop breakthrough solutions that solve humanity's most pressing challenges.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026-2030 technology strategy, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation across emerging tech verticals
- Anticipate global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for 2026 landscape
- Mentor junior innovators through our QuantumLeap Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough achievements)
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated 5-year horizon planning
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) or equivalent industry impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to global market deployment
- Proven ability to secure $10M+ in government grants or venture capital
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
