Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technological innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Present vision to C-suite and stakeholders, securing buy-in for experimental initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor landscapes, maintaining competitive advantage
- Mentor talent in emerging disciplines while fostering an innovation-first culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in ethical technology development and governance frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive-level communication skills
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience scaling agile innovation teams from concept to market
