Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for 2026 market needs
- Analyze global tech trends to identify billion-dollar opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental projects
- Partner with academic institutions to shape future tech curricula
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ in tech environments
- Strong network of VCs, policymakers, and academic leaders
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
