Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-driven impact assessments
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation ROI
- Ensure compliance with evolving global tech regulations and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
