Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026-2030, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic chips) into product architecture
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure ROI of next-gen tech investments
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry thought leadership forums
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 3+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech areas: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and forecast technological adoption curves
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments (Series B+ preferred)
- Certifications in emerging tech or strategic foresight (e.g., IEEE Foresight, MIT Tech Review certification)
