- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI and sustainability impact
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers in future-tech methodologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong background in sustainable tech development frameworks
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term projects
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals a plus
