Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on breakthrough innovations (AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech convergence)
- Design strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present future-tech insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation velocity
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent future-planning credentials
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Prior success in scaling tech-driven organizations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
