Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and spatial web technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating moonshot projects with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors through patent analysis and startup scouting
- Develop strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and global tech accelerators
- Present tech foresight to C-suite and board with data-driven market impact projections
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Nexus Fellows program
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or Web3
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent-tier innovation journals
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech with >$50M ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Innovation Management
- Security clearance preferred for federal tech partnerships
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations or open-source projects
