Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of core systems targeting 2026 standards for scalability and AI integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing and Neural Networks.
- Oversee the implementation of predictive algorithms that drive decision-making across our product ecosystem.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate bleeding-edge technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes to ensure stability and performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
