Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling systems handling >10M concurrent users
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-tech solutions
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and upcoming 2026 global tech regulations
