Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to stress-test innovation hypotheses against future market conditions
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with actionable recommendations for R&D prioritization
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) and market intelligence platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future projections into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or futures studies
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience working with quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech ecosystems
