Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 digital transformation roadmap, aligning with global tech adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-resistant security frameworks and AI governance systems
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption (metaverse, bio-integrated systems, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with next-gen tech startups and research institutions
- Drive cultural change initiatives to prepare workforce for 2030 skill requirements
- Present transformation strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting digital infrastructure
- Champion sustainable tech practices in all transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain architecture
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics)
- Proven track record of scaling complex systems across multiple industries
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US quantum export controls)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
