Responsibilities
- Architect and execute digital transformation roadmap for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in adopting emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct future-state scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive innovation through R&D partnerships and startup ecosystem engagement
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure transformation impact and ROI
- Champion agile methodologies and digital culture across the organization
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation or technology strategy leadership
- Proven expertise in scaling AI/ML implementations and data ecosystems
- Certification in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with enterprise-level cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Deep understanding of Web3/blockchain applications and decentralized systems
- Track record of managing $5M+ transformation budgets
