Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital roadmap for the organization leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient technology stacks that leverage Artificial Intelligence and machine learning.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, such as predictive analytics and automated decision-making systems.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct market research to identify disruptive trends that could impact our industry by 2026.
- Oversee vendor management and ensure partnerships align with long-term strategic vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, software development, or digital strategy.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration within enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration preferred.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or PMP are highly desirable.
