- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Digital Transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement new digital technologies and platforms.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-based architectures.
- Drive the adoption of AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Measure the success of digital initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to the C-suite.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, or IT management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology implementations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cybersecurity protocols.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA, MSc in Information Systems) is highly preferred.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies.
