Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Strategize and execute a comprehensive vision for artificial intelligence integration across all product lines, anticipating trends in generative AI and quantum computing.
- Lead High-Impact R&D: Spearhead research initiatives that push the boundaries of current neural network architectures and cognitive computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering leads, and product managers to translate technical vision into actionable business strategy.

Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or director-level role within a major tech organization.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging 2026-era tech stacks.
