Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI & Robotics suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable machine learning models and robotic control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and operations) to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like generative AI and autonomous systems to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models in production environments, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or robotics.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and natural language processing (NLP).
- Proven experience designing scalable systems for high-volume data processing and real-time decision making.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with robotic operating systems (ROS) and hardware integration is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
