Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Technology Policy with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Proficiency in Python for ethical impact modeling
- Track record of influencing tech policy at national level
